The outdoor pool was enjoyable, but our room felt dated and lacked comfort.

great proximity to beaches and parks for city strolls
I enjoyed the lovely walks to nearby Porth Beach, which is just a short stroll from the hotel, and exploring the charming Newquay Community Orchard where I relaxed and basked in nature. while the room was comfortable, it could use some updates.

Impressive spa facilities were a delightful surprise.
I was disappointed by the lack of draught beer in the bar, which meant I had to take a taxi to Newquay daily. having to book the pool a day in advance seemed unnecessary, especially when it was rarely crowded. The breakfast experience was frustrating, as the staff kept asking for our preferred times, which was unnecessary since our schedule varied each day.

The location is amazing. The sea views from my room were breathtaking. The separate kids' bedroom was a real lifesaver for family time. My kids loved the games room, keeping them entertained for hours. The indoor pool has a beautiful stone archway, and the outdoor pool is warm and inviting. We enjoyed the variety of activities available. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the stairs were a challenge with luggage, and there’s a lack of lift access. The breakfast selection was somewhat limited, and I wish there were more vegetarian options. A few more details about local attractions and facility usage would have helped, too.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The indoor pool with its beautiful stone archway was a highlight. We also loved the outdoor pool with a small slide. Plenty of activities keep everyone entertained. Just a heads up, peak season prices can be steep. But honestly, the staff were really helpful and made our stay enjoyable.
